I don't exactly know the rules of these forums, but in most forums, double posting is considered spam, just to warn you.
And to insert an image on this board or any Proboards board for that matter, type {img}URL OF IMAGE{/img}

Then change the { and } to [ and ]
If you don't know what a URL is or how to get the image from the computer to the internet, here is how:
Go to www.imageshack.us/ click Browse, find your image and upload it, then go to Direct link for image and copy and paste it between {img} and {/img}

The final result should be something like:
{img}http://img371.imageshack.us/img371/4936/43zr.jpg{/img}
Which if you change into the actual proper code looks like:

But with your picture instead of mine.
